Commentary
Overview: Founded in 1969, Italtile Limited is a Proudly South‑African manufacturer, franchisor, and retailer of tiles, bathroomware, and other complementary home-finishing products.
The Group manufactures tiles, sanitaryware and tile adhesives through its Ceramic Industries (“Ceramic”) and Ezee Tile brands, through Ceramic factories in South Africa and Australia and Eeze Tile factories in South Africa and elsewhere in Africa. Our import businesses – International Tap Distributors (“ITD”), Cedar Point and Distribution Centre – operate facilities in KwaZulu-Natal, Gauteng and the Western Cape.
