During the previous financial period, the Group acquired a majority shareholding in Silica Quartz (Pty) Ltd, a sand quarry located in Delmas, Mpumalanga. With this acquisition, the Group expects to bolster its vertically integrated supply chain, adding to the direct supply of sand to our Tile and Adhesive manufacturing plants. |
